Verse

Gonna see the first thing on my mind
woho, on my mind
see the first thing on my mind
woho, on my mind

Bave they reached the point when
they turn to someone else?
Can you find the ocean?
Instead we put our faith in and
sung out the sirens they say

Chorus

Oh time, we watch it tick
No one seems to notice
And oh time, I'm twisting
Gonna see the first thing on my mind
ohh She's on my mind
See the first thing on my mind yea

Little girl, where have you been?
Daddy's wallet and his bottle of gin
Little girl, you owe one more
She's just misunderstood for
A poor little rich girl ahhhhooo

Verse
First thing on my mind
First thing on my mind
ohhh nahh

Do you run into things?
Do you duck behind your back?
Do you slit your wrist with the knife we used to?
and cut you some slack
And we say, ohh time
We watch and say, no one seems to notice

Chorus
Oh, time, I'm twisting
Going to see the first thing on my mind

Verse
See the first thing on my mind
She's on my mind
see the first thing on my mind
She's on my mind
ah no no
She's on my mind
Ohh ahhh....
